As the illustrious City of Roses, we Portlanders take our Rose Festival quite seriously. But even if you've lived in the area for several years, you may not know just how diverse the activities are, beyond the more than a century-old tradition of our Grand Floral Parade. grand_floral4

For example, there's a treasure hunt! A staple of the festival for almost twenty years, this year the hunt begins online. Hunters compete to decipher clues to locate a Rose Festival medallion hidden on public property that will entitle them to cash and prizes (and bragging rights).
