Hawthorne Carriage House ADU

This adorable little ADU is perched atop a 2 car garage in the Hawthorne neighborhood. In only 384 sqft , it has a full kitchen with dishwasher, a full bath with custom tile and full sized tub, an open plan with queen sized bed and sleeper sofa. This is a great example of how so much can be thoughtfully fit into such a small space. It could be used for a long term rental, a short term rental (think of the Airbnb rates you could get in Hawthorne!), or a fantastic guest house for family and friends.
